From the very beginning, we’ve been shaping the world through movement, decisions, and attention. The world responds, rearranges itself, and becomes different.

At some point, this process stops
being accidental. Understanding appears. Responsibility appears.
This is where design begins to matter.

Most of my work has been about innovation — not loud or performative, but precise.

The kind that comes from a clear understanding of what is missing,
what is misaligned, and what should exist but doesn’t yet.

To me, design is not a profession and not a set of tools. It is a way of thinking, a way of structuring reality, and a way
of making decisions that shape products, brands, and human behavior over time. I work with products and brands as systems — defining their logic, boundaries,

We developed a system that allows ikat patternsto be generated from any image —both a reflection on heritageand a new way of looking at familiar forms.
At some point, we were invited to rethink TBC International —one of the largest banks in the CIS — and imagine what it could become today.

This project was deeply meaningful. It required us to engage with a culture we didn’t grow up in,not by looking back nostalgically,

but by shaping a new, contemporary sense of identityrooted in Uzbekistan’s rich heritage.

Our inspiration came from traditional Uzbek textiles — ikat. We explored how these patterns could be reinterpreted, reconstructed, and re-seen through a modern lens.
To scale this idea, we built a pattern generator, turning cultural reference into a living, flexible system.
We also curated a color palette drawn from Uzbekistan’s past — and carefully rebalanced it for the present.
Nechpul is one of the brands we created as part of this broader project.

It functions as a media platform for the holding — a space where ideas, context, and perspective come together to shape a clearer narrative around the ecosystem.

The full case study is presented by Misha Gusev.
We also introduced a “10 frequent operations” concept — a single action that adapts to a user’s real habits, from sending money to family to quick currency exchange.

AI was naturally integrated into the experience, supporting clarity rather than complexity.
A significant part of the work focused on the mobile application, bringing together the most advanced ideas in modern banking.

We designed an experience that is both visually calm and deeply functional —intentionally different from traditional banking apps.
The home screen is customisable, allowing users to prioritise the features that matter most in their everyday financial lives.

A simple swipe reveals all services, reminders, and notifications —everything accessible without friction.
We also explored small architectural forms for physical spaces. The goal was to design CAP points using a single modular element.

Every structure is built from identical lightweight metal or plastic components — simple rectangular units with the same logo and proportions.
This approach allows us to assemble virtually any form or spatial configuration from standardised  aluminium sheets and bolts.

We design forms as conversations. Inline, guided inputs help users think, decide, and complete actions — shaping each request as it’s being formed.

Arrival

This legendary company managed to revolutionize the automotive market, becoming the rock star of the industry, but it met its end just as dramatically and prematurely.
Each workshop focused on a real design challenge. We explored multiple conceptual directions together, and the responsible designer later synthesizedthe final solution from these perspectives.

As the team grew to around forty designers,we scaled this practice across the organization.

Both small and large workshops became a core process. Designers were encouraged to contribute beyond their immediate domain, initiating discussions instead of leaving comments. Traditional commenting systems were intentionally removed —because they tend to slow collaboration rather than strengthen it.

Even in the dark, there should be light.
The design approach at Arrival was exceptional. I worked as one of the Heads of Design, leading multiple directions — mobile applications, fleet management systems, internal corporate tools, and contributing to the overall HMI language and configurator.

We weren’t only building products —we were building a design culture.

In the beginning, there were just three of us, equal in responsibility and perspective. Giving feedback was difficult, so we introduced workshops as a working model.

Heads-Up Display and HMI design for the 1967 Mustang reimagined as an electric vehicle by Charge Cars. The project involved a complete redesign of interior digital systems — from infotainment to driving interfaces — preserving the spirit of the original car while redefining how it feels to drive today.

This is a robotics company building humanoid robots designed for real-world environments — practical, scalable systems meant to live and operate naturally in spaces made for people.

Their work brings together embodied AI, hardware, and behavior into a single product ecosystem, where intelligence, movement, and presence are inseparable. The focus is not on spectacle, but on clarity, trust, and everyday usability.
For The Humanoid, we designed the brand and the on-robot interface — including the screen experience that lives directly on the robot’s face. This interface becomes part of the robot’s identity: communicating state, intent, and emotion in a calm, readable, and human way.

This project sits at the intersection of brand, interaction, and behavior — where design shapes not just how a product looks, but how it is perceived, understood, and trusted in the real world.
